Robert Hunt

Robert Hunt has extensive experience in the field of research and production. Robert began their career in 2014 as a Field Researcher and Filmmaker for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). In 2015, they held the role of Research Biologist (Sub-Contracter) for EDF Energy and Teacher and Laboratory Assistant for Newcastle University. In 2017, they began working as a Freelance Video Professional and Video Producer for SteadyTake Pro. In 2019, they worked as an Associate Producer and Writer- Science and Science Video Writing Fellow for Business Insider, as well as a Researcher and Fact Checker for TED Conferences. Most recently, in 2020, they were a Fact Checker for the Smithsonian Institution, and in 2021 they are a Sr. Creative Producer and Jr. Producer for Outlier.org.

Robert Hunt completed a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Marine Mammal Conservation at Newcastle University, followed by a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Marine Zoology from the same university.
