Riccardo Pagano currently serves as the Accelerator Lead at Outlier Ventures since April 2022, where responsibilities include oversight of protocol-oriented programs such as Filecoin and Near, startup selection, and providing comprehensive support and advisory for cohorts. As a co-founder of AdventureVue, Riccardo focuses on transforming local businesses into game destinations through a unique gamified experience. Previous positions include Business Development and Growth Associate at Techstars, where Riccardo mentored early-stage food and future home companies, and Strategy Analyst at Accenture, contributing to strategic objectives for various client organizations. Riccardo also has experience as a CX Strategist at NTT DATA Italia, a No Code Maker at Ncode.it, and as a Business Analyst Consultant with AIESEC, further complemented by a strong academic background with multiple degrees in Management from Università Bocconi and Lancaster University.
