Michael Haddad

Michael Haddad has a strong background in technology leadership and management. Michael started their career as a Client Engineering Manager at ClickSquared, Inc. where they successfully designed and implemented a multi-tier loyalty program for a leading Travel & Hospitality company, resulting in a significant revenue increase. Michael also managed the delivery of numerous marketing campaigns for a large client. Michael then moved on to work at Zeta Interactive as a Client Engineering Manager and later joined Passport Health as Vice President of Technology. In these roles, they oversaw the development and maintenance of technology solutions, including proprietary systems and global websites. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Technology at Outlier, where they are responsible for the development and maintenance of technology solutions across all of the company's businesses. Michael leads the development of enterprise-level applications and identifies and implements technology solutions that can be leveraged across the organization.

Michael Haddad completed an Executive Education program in The Innovative Technology Leader at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2019. Michael also received a Chief Information Officer Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy, specializing in Process & Performance Management, Strategy & Communication. In 2004, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
