Patrick Veenhoff

Patrick Veenhoff is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in learning architecture, development, and management consulting. As Founder and CEO of both outlierlab GmbH and veenhoff.ch since 2018, Veenhoff has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and business growth. Previous roles include Senior Learning Architect - Data at Swiss Re (2021-2024) and various leadership positions at Swisscom, including Head of Learning and Development and Head of Sales Academy. With a career spanning from 1998 to 2013 in roles such as Management Consultant, Engineer, and Sales, Veenhoff combines technical expertise with strategic insight. Currently pursuing further education at the University of St.Gallen, Veenhoff holds a Master's degree in General Management from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®.
