Lacretia Carroll has been a nurse for 9 years and am currently an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, College of Nursing. She has a passion for improving health outcomes, decreasing health disparities, and improving overall quality of life for underserved and marginalized populations. The quality of her work has been recognized by local, regional, national, and international organizations. Most recently her work was highlighted by the Tennessee Department of Health.
