Grace Mehrabe

Grace Mehrabe is the Co-Founder and CEO of Outmind. Grace has also served as the Head of Operations at Hyperlex Software.

Grace has extensive experience in project management, customer success, and account management. Grace has played a pivotal role in the creation of onboarding and customer success processes for a variety of client typologies, including SMEs, mid-caps, and CAC40 companies.

In their role at Hyperlex, Grace also worked closely with the sales team to define the customer journey and improve the pricing strategy. Additionally, they worked with the product team to prioritize new features and schedule product improvements.

Grace is a highly skilled and experienced leader who is passionate about helping their team succeed. Grace is committed to delivering results and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Grace Mehrabe has a degree in Gestion des Entreprises from Université Paris-Sud (Paris XI), a degree in Strategy and International Business/Stratégie et Management à l'international from Université Paris-Saclay, and a Full Stack Track certification from Le Wagon. Grace also has a certification from the Project Management Institute in CAPM and from ETS Global B.V. in TOEFL 103.
