Tom Eades Ieng Aminstlm

Tom Eades IEng AMInstLM is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in stainless steel manufacturing. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Marcegaglia Stainless Sheffield since March 2022, Tom also holds the position of Engineering Manager and Capital Projects Manager at Outokumpu Stainless Ltd since June 2020. Tom’s career at Outokumpu Stainless's SMACC Meltshop spans from 1998 to June 2020, during which time Tom progressed through various roles including Electrical Project Engineer, Electrical Section Engineer Process Control, Shift Engineer, Shift Technician, and Electrical Apprentice. Tom's education includes a degree from Rotherham College, completed in 2003, following studies at Rawmarsh Comprehensive from 1993 to 1998.
