Agustín Rdz. Fagonde

Agustín Rodríguez-Fagonde is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in engineering and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Excellence Engineer at Outokumpu since March 2021, Agustín previously held roles such as Manufacturing Excellence Specialist and ingeniero de mejora continua at Silgan Dispensing, where leadership of a 12-person team and management of continuous improvement projects were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes a role as Ingeniero de Manufactura at Honeywell, where implementation of improvement projects and development of work instructions were significant contributions, and as a professor at Neocicitec, teaching science and robotics to children. Agustín holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí and an MBA in Quality and Productivity from Universidad Tecmilenio.
