Ralph Wieskamp

Ralph Wieskamp is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Operational Finance at Outokumpu since April 2024. Prior to this role, Wieskamp was the Head of Accounting Services at Sanoma from December 2019 to March 2024, where Sanoma reported net sales of EUR 1.4 billion and employed around 5,000 professionals across Europe. Wieskamp also held various positions at Kemira, including Director of the Business Service Center for EMEA and Senior Manager of Reporting EMEA, overseeing a team responsible for IFRS, statutory, management accounting, and tax reporting for multiple legal entities. Experience further includes a decade at Global Blue, leading finance operations in different capacities, and earlier roles at MacGREGOR and BFS Finance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance, Accounting & Management from the University of Bradford, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University, and participation in leadership programs at IMD.
