Nabil Skaria has an extensive work experience spanning over four decades. Nabil began their career in 1975 as a Sales & Marketing Manager for Procter & Gamble. In 1989, they were promoted to Associate Marketing Director for Oral Care products, responsible for a very large category in Europe's biggest economy. In 2001, they were promoted to Sales Director for Procter & Gamble. In 2003, they volunteered for a General Management opportunity in Iraq, where they built a full-fledged organization and increased sales to $25 million in two years. In 2006, they were promoted to Commercial Director for Procter & Gamble. In 2008, they became Deputy CEO for Juhayna Group, the leading Dairy and Juice manufacturer in Egypt. In 2011, they were promoted to Vice President/General Manager for The Hershey Company and Europe, Middle East & Africa. In 2015, they founded and became Managing Director of Outpace.
