Lucy Alexander

Lucy Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lucy started their career as a Graduate Temp at Search Recruitment in 2010 before moving on to Insights in 2011. At Insights, they held multiple roles including Research Assistant to the Founder, Research Support Coordinator, and finally, Research Officer. During their time at Insights, they developed a strong skill set in user research methods and project management. In 2020, Lucy joined Outplay Entertainment Ltd as a Product Manager and later transitioned to the role of Senior Product Manager in January 2023.

Lucy Alexander completed a Masters (20 Credit Module) in Service Prototyping at the University of Dundee in 2020. Additionally, in the same year, they also completed a Masters (20 Credit Module) in Design Thinking: Insights into Innovation at the University of Dundee. Prior to their masters, Lucy pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Historical, Political and Sociological Studies (with Philosophy) from the University of Exeter, which they completed from 2006 to 2009.
