Graham Galvin is currently the Head of Art at [Outplay Entertainment](/org/outplay-entertainment). Prior to this, they worked as Lead Artist at Dynamo Games and as a Graphic Artist at Denki.

At Dynamo Games, Graham worked on Beauty Town and Soccer Tycoon for Facebook, and was responsible for establishing the company's Art department. Graham also produced concepts for new projects and worked with junior artists.

At Denki, Graham produced everything from concept art to finished production art for Sky Games and Direct TV products, including Shrek, Barbie World Fashion, Barbie Pets (1 and 2), Pat Sajaks Crossword Connections, SpongeBob Squarepants, The Muppets, Reversi, Family Fortunes, Golden Balls, and Quarrel (Xbox).

Graham Galvin has completed a HND Level 6 Higher in BTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Classical and Computer Animation from Ballyfermot Senior College - Animation School, a HND Level 5 in Animation Studies from Ballyfermot Senior College, and an NCVA Level 2 in Art, Illustration + Portfolio Prep from Inchicore Collage. Graham is currently attending Greenhills College.

Karen joined as Non-Executive Chair of Outplay in 2011. She also currently serves on the board of Stagecoach plc and previously served on the board of UBM plc. She is a member of Dundee University Lay Court and is Convener of their Remuneration Committee.

Heading up production at Outplay since 2018, Phil supervises all areas of game development with heavy involvement in the day-to-day operations of the business. Proud of Outplay’s culture & values, he leads on the coordination of cross-company initiatives, ensuring alignment with central objectives.



Phil Wilson

Eddie is the founding partner of Pentech, a VC fund investing in early-stage software companies. Prior to founding Pentech, Eddie was the co-founder and CEO of Objective Software Technology, a software tools developers, taking the company from start-up to a successful exit to Wind River Systems.

Eddie Anderson

David co-founded Oxford Capital in 1999. Since then, the firm has invested in over 100 companies across a range of technology sectors. For four years, David served as Chair of the BVCA Venture Capital Committee and he is currently a member of the Young Presidents Organization.



David Mott

Founder of Game Advisor Ltd, Stefan is considered by many to be a founding father of Sweden’s gaming industry. He has held leading positions at EA, Nokia, Microsoft and Warner Bros and was co-founder of the Swedish Trade Association for games & chairman of the Swedish Video Association 2013-2015.

With more than 15 years’ experience in game design, Mark leads the Facebook Instant Games, Mystery Match Village and Classic game teams, working closely with each to deliver exciting roadmaps of new game releases, feature updates and live op events.

Leading the high-performance team responsible for brand strategy, campaign development and live service marketing, Lucian fosters a culture of collaboration, alongside driving a strategic, ambitious, and visionary approach to help Outplay achieve its aggressive growth goals.

With more than 10 years of experience in the game industry, Marco leads the engineering department in Outplay. Working with the senior and lead members of the team, his mission is to establish Outplays overall technical strategy, vision, and long-term goals for our highly skilled engineering department.

Emma Turner is currently the Head of HR at [Outplay Entertainment](/org/outplay-entertainment). Prior to their current position, they were the HR Manager at Cohort Studios Ltd from March 2006 to June 2011. At Cohort Studios, Emma was responsible for developing the HR function to work strategically to meet the needs of both the highly talented people employed there and the business itself. Once established, they built on the company’s desire to have its team work as partners to the business by working with the board to gain Investors in People recognition for the business. Emma used the process to identify areas for improvement within the company that they had set out to build. Emma attended the Investors in people business improvement programme to ensure the improvements they made would deliver what was needed back into the studio. This was a great success and saw the introduction of many new people focused initiatives that brought direct improvement to the working culture at Cohort such as the development of a communication map and improved performance management measures. Emma covered all areas of HR within the business including recruitment, reward, learning and development and employee relations, providing a true generalist service to the business alongside strategic HR management.

Emma Turner has a postgraduate degree in human resources management from the [CIPD](/org/cipd) - Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. Emma has worked in human resources for several years and is currently a manager in a large organization.

Emma Turner

Gill Gray is the current Chief Financial Officer at [Outplay Entertainment](/org/outplay-entertainment). Prior to joining Outplay, Gill served as the Interim CFO at [Skyscanner](/org/skyscanner) Limited from January 2009 to December 2011. In this role, Gill was responsible for building the finance team and function for growth. Prior to [Skyscanner](/org/skyscanner), Gill served as a Consultant CFO in the early stage tech sector from January 2001 to December 2011. In this role, Gill was responsible for corporate finance transactions in a variety of sectors. Prior to that, Gill served as the Corporate Finance Director at Andersen from January 1997 to December 2002. In this role, Gill was responsible for acquisition target research for Corporates and Deal Origination Research in a variety of sectors.

Their manager is Douglas Hare, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Graham Galvin - Head of Art, Emma Turner - Head of HR, and Raphaël Labouré - Head of Growth Marketing.
