With a successful career spanning decades in the customer experience industry, working with many Fortune 500 companies, Vice President Tonya Coker plays an integral part of the exponential growth of OutPLEX’s nearshore operations. Her primary responsibilities include managing their nearshore performance, client relations, and developing the team.
