Richard Ellison

Richard Ellison is a seasoned Senior Development Manager currently with Outpost Management Ltd since August 2023, focusing on real estate investment, development, and asset management in the UK. Prior to this role, Richard was employed at HB Reavis from 2020 to 2023, where responsibilities included leading the One Waterloo regeneration project in Central London. Richard’s experience also includes roles at Greystar as a Development Manager, contributing to the Greenford Quay project, and at Places for London, managing residential developments in various London areas. Richard began a career in real estate as a Real Estate Valuation Analyst with Savills España in 2016. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Real Estate and Planning from The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, and a Master of Arts in Geography from the University of St Andrews.
