Eric Struve

Eric Struve is the Director of IT at Outpost Natural Foods Cooperative since January 2003, where Eric oversees the growing IT department. Eric also holds the title of Organic Certification Manager, responsible for obtaining the Certified Organic Retailer status for Outpost. In addition, Eric worked as an Operations Manager at Elijah Ltd. in 2006, supporting the legal technology firm's client base in Milwaukee. Eric has a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a BA in English and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
