Heath Baskin

Heath Baskin is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently at Outpost Technologies since February 2022, Heath previously worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Dynetics, Inc., contributing to projects such as the Human Lander System and Miniature CO2 Scrubbing System. Prior experience includes serving as a Mechanical Test Engineer and Lab Coordinator at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where management of a research facility led to significant advancements in orthopedic and materials research. As a Research Assistant at Mississippi State University, Heath focused on cardiovascular research and developed testing plans for scientific publication. Additional experience includes an internship at Conversant Biologics, Inc., improving marketing strategies, and early work in customer service. Heath holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Mississippi State University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, respectively.
