Trevor Crompton began their work experience in 1996 as an ISV Marketing Manager at Oracle Corporation, where they managed marketing plans for independent software vendors in the UK. Trevor then moved on to Vignette, where they devised and delivered the channel strategy for the business in EMEA and later became a partner account manager in the UK.

In 2003, Crompton joined British Gas as an Alliances Manager, responsible for creating and executing an alliances strategy with various organizations in the UK. Trevor then transitioned to Symantec in 2004, where they held the position of EMEA Services BD Director. In this role, they built a highly profitable services business across EMEA, significantly expanding the customer base.

Crompton concurrently managed Symantec Managed Security Services from 2005 to 2008 as the EMEA Director. Trevor improved the sales strategy and execution of the business, managing sales specialists across the region and achieving the set goals.

In 2013, Crompton moved to Oracle as a Sales Director, focusing on the energy, life sciences, and utilities sectors in Ireland. Trevor then joined RiskIQ in 2014 as the EMEA Channel Director, responsible for building a partner economy and community.

From 2017 to 2018, Crompton served as the VP EMEA at Kenna Security, leading the introduction of their vulnerability data and exploit intelligence technology to the region. Trevor then joined Blueliv in 2019 as the Global SVP Sales - TI, playing a key role in sales management.

Most recently, Crompton started working at Devo in 2023 as the EMEA Area Vice President, contributing to the company's success in the region.

Trevor Crompton attended Cambridge Regional College from 1989 to 1991, although no specific degree or field of study information is available.
