Giles Mackay

Giles Mackay has an extensive work experience in founding various companies. In 1996, they founded PXS 3 LIMITED, a non-housebuilder part-exchange property company. Giles later founded Worthearly & Statuslist Limited in 1990, which primarily focused on holding investment property and developing mixed tenancy homes. In 1985, they founded Assettrust, a company that completed tax-based leasing transactions and sale and leasebacks in real estate and other asset classes. In 2003, they founded Assettrust Housing Limited, which created a shared ownership portfolio by purchasing and jointly developing buildings throughout the UK.

Giles also founded Hometrack in 1999, a leading provider of residential property market insights and analytics. Giles served as the company's founder until 2017.

In recent years, they founded Outra in 2016, a data science company offering predictive models for customer behavior in the digital marketing space.
