Thanh Pham

Thanh Pham, MPH, is a dedicated public health professional with extensive experience in community engagement and education. Currently serving as a Community Specialist for the EQuITY Project at Outreach: Building Healthy Lives since September 2023, Thanh has also been an Adjunct Professor of Population Health at Hofstra University School of Health Professions and Human Services since September 2021. Previous roles include Senior Assistant Dean of Graduate Recruitment at Hofstra University and Associate Project Manager at Northwell Health. With a strong foundation in public health acquired through a Master of Public Health from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University, Thanh has contributed to various organizations, including the Long Island Coalition for the Homeless and EAC Network, demonstrating a commitment to community outreach and support.
