Manuela Rwamushaija

Manuela Rwamushaija possesses extensive experience in human resources and health services, currently serving as a Payroll Assistant and CDS Team Lead at Outreach Health Services since August 2020. Previously, Manuela Rwamushaija held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and Business Development & Marketing Consultant at Q-Sourcing Servtec from September 2019 to June 2020, and as an Enrollment & Employer/Participant Onboarding Supervisor and Service Coordinator at Outreach Health Services from May 2015 to June 2019. Early in the career, Manuela Rwamushaija worked as an Assistant Program Manager at Population Services International, a General Psychologist for the School & Adolescent Health Department at the Ministry of Health in Mozambique, and held positions at the Clinton Foundation and Doctors Without Borders. Manuela Rwamushaija earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wesleyan College.
