Barbara Toizer

Barbara Toizer is a Research Associate at Outreach International, focusing on quantitative research in community-led development. Previously working as a Graduate Student Researcher and Instructor at The University of Kansas, a Research Assistant at Impact Genome Project®, and a Research Assistant at The Lab @ DC. Barbara also has experience as a Lab Manager at Carnegie Mellon University and as a Teaching Assistant at Oberlin College Psychology Department. Barbara holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Social Psychology from The University of Kansas, a Master of Arts - MA in Social Psychology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a concentration in Peace and Conflict Studies from Oberlin College.
