Donovan Davis

Donovan Davis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Donovan started their career at the Nike Factory Outlet Store as a Retail Sales Representative in February 2014 and worked there until April 2016. Donovan then joined Real Appeal as a Customer Service Representative from April 2016 to December 2017. Following that, Donovan worked at Rally Health as a Customer Service Team Lead from December 2017 to September 2020, where they held several roles within the organization and managed a team of customer service agents. In October 2020, they joined Optum as a Customer Service Supervisor and worked there until August 2022. Currently, Donovan is serving as the Financial Director at Outreach Program Services of America, starting from November 2022.

Donovan Davis attended California State University, Fullerton from 2008 to 2011, where they studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
