Leigh Ann Arnold

Leigh Ann Arnold is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement, strategic initiatives, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director at Outreach Strategists, LLC since August 2023, Leigh Ann previously held the position of Director of Community Engagement at ECMC Education from 2020 to 2022. Other notable roles include Director of Major Gifts at Genesys Works National (2015-2019) and Manager of Strategic Initiatives - Education at the Center for Houston's Future, Inc. (2013-2015). Leigh Ann founded The Flower Foundation and served as its President from 2006 to 2011. Additional experience includes trustee roles at Chinquapin Prep and the Houston Ballet Foundation and board service with the Texas Fine Arts Association. Leigh Ann holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1978 and 1982.
