Connor Morello has a diverse work experience in various sales and leadership roles. Connor started their career at Graybar as an intern, where they gained experience in different departments, conducted sales calls, and presented proposals for improving the company's e-commerce website. Connor then interned at Zelos Corporation, a startup specializing in data visualization for track and field, where they contributed to marketing campaigns and managed the sales pipeline.
Connor also worked as a sales intern at DocuSign, where they gained exposure to sales processes. Connor then joined Outreach as a Sales Development Representative, responsible for managing customer interactions and driving revenue growth. Connor progressively advanced to become a Senior Corporate Sales Development Representative and eventually transitioned to the position of Lower Commercial - New Business Account Executive.
During their time at Outreach, Connor achieved significant accomplishments, including being a President's Club winner, a top-performing representative, and closing over $1 million in ARR.
Connor's education background includes being a student at the Foster Professional Sales Program and the University of Washington, where they studied economics and was involved in athletics as a scholarship athlete on the men's track and field team.
Outside of their professional career, Connor has also served as a summer camp counselor and held a leadership role in the Stephen D. Peterson Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to conservation efforts.
Connor Morello obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Washington, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they received an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in March 2018.
