Cyrus Smith

Cyrus Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Cyrus is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at Outreach since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Citrix from September 2018 to January 2022.

Before joining Citrix, Cyrus worked as a Software Engineer at Rocket Software from September 2014 to June 2018. During their time at Rocket Software, they gained experience in agile development, communication and coordination with international teams, and prioritizing work towards project and organizational goals.

Prior to Rocket Software, Cyrus worked as a Software Engineer at MetaCommunications from April 2013 to August 2014. Here, they were involved in the development of native and web applications for project management automation, managing projects of various sizes, and handling the full product cycle of client customization.

Cyrus also has experience working as a Freelance Web Developer from August 2012 to February 2013. Additionally, they worked as an IT Assistant to the Director of Collaborative Technology at Denison University in 2011, where they were responsible for the renovation of the MIX computer lab and art gallery, and as a Student Perl Mason Programmer at Denison University in 2009.

Cyrus Smith attended Grinnell College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Mathematics & Statistics.
