Michael Ross has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career at ESL-Turtle Entertainment as an Esports Video Producer, where they managed social media accounts and created videos highlighting key plays and team dynamics. Michael then moved on to Mobius Industries USA, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Engineer, handling community bugs and feedback for a popular MMO game.

At RealSelf, Michael worked as a Technical Support Specialist, building an internal/external help center and collaborating with product managers and customers to offer solutions for new product launches. Michael later became an Outreach.io System Administrator, implementing A/B tests and improving the efficiency of the sales automation system.

Currently, Michael is working at Outreach as a Senior Technical Program Manager. In this role, they have designed a new data structure for customers in Zendesk, streamlined billing workflows, and facilitated communication between various departments for executive-level reporting.

Michael Ross has a diverse education history. Michael started their academic journey in 2012 at Portland Community College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Biochemistry. From 2013 to 2016, Michael attended Oregon State University and pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Wellness Studies, with an Entrepreneurial Emphasis. In 2014 and 2015, they also attended Linn-Benton Community College to further their knowledge in Culinary Arts and Chef Training.
