Trudy Haley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Trudy started their career at Faraway Press as an Editorial Assistant, where they interned and assisted with writing articles and data entry for The Comics Chronicles. Trudy then joined Nintendo of America as a Consumer Service Representative, providing technical support and managing repairs for consumers. Next, Trudy worked at Ceton Corporation as a Technical Support Engineer, handling technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and writing help articles. Trudy then moved to ADURO, Inc as a Program Concierge & Customer Support, supporting wellness programs and facilitating inter-department communications. Trudy then joined Pushpay as a Customer Success Specialist, where they provided end-user support and assisted with app design and modification. Currently, they are working at Outreach as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, handling high-level support tickets, managing escalations, and testing and reporting bugs. Throughout their career, Trudy has demonstrated strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Trudy Haley attended the University of New Orleans from 2003 to 2006, where they studied English Language and Literature, General. Trudy obtained additional certifications from various institutions, such as Outreach and LinkedIn.
