Daniel McCoy has over 17 years of work experience. Daniel started their career in 2004 as a Web Developer and Supervisor at Appliance Enameling and Service where they were responsible for designing and rolling out the company website using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery and PHP, as well as supervising and designing products for a sheet metal fabrication company. In 2013, they joined Database Marketing Group as a Senior Software Engineer, where they built new applications using agile methodology, collaborated with developers and product owners to prioritize and assess needs to produce high quality software changes, and designed and developed project and job planning software for use company-wide. Daniel was later promoted to Dynamic Media Development Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing department projects and the development and implementation of department procedures, created a service in C# using the .Net framework that allowed clients to create, schedule and send out email campaigns, and created email campaigns with tracking and real-time reporting. Daniel also served as a Dynamic Media Developer, where they developed data-driven layouts using imaging software to prepare electronic files for direct mail marketing purposes, and created email campaigns with tracking and real-time reporting. In 2020, they joined Outrider as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer.

Daniel McCoy attended Mount San Antonio College from 2004 to 2007 and then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus in Computer Information Systems, from Cal Poly Pomona from 2007 to 2013.
