Ivy Roberts

Ivy Roberts, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Interim Head of People Ops at Outrider, where responsibilities include leading people strategies, partnering with senior leadership, and enhancing employee engagement and development. Prior roles include Staff People Partner and Human Resources Business Partner, where Ivy focused on performance management, employee relations, and DEI initiatives. Ivy also held positions as a People Experience Partner at Excellos, U.S. Diplomat and Employee Relations Specialist at the U.S. Department of State, Principal Mediator at Lighthouse Mediation, and Program Partnerships & Outreach Manager at the Dispute Resolution Center of King County. Ivy's background includes coaching high school basketball and managing projects and human resources at FGI Seattle. Ivy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Harvard University.
