Justin Dent

Justin Dent is the current Executive Director of Outschool.Org. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director for Ethos from 2016-2020, where they were responsible for raising and overseeing more than $10M in philanthropic investment, managing the curriculum development of programs adopted by universities and systems, scaling programs and operations to 30+ institutions in 8 states, and building a team committed to expanding opportunity and access. From 2012-2013, Justin served as the Chairman for the Dean's Student Advisory Council at UMD College of Behavioral and Social Sciences.

Justin Dent has a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in International/Global Studies & Finance from the University of Maryland and a Certificate in Economics from Sciences Po. Justin also attended Dwight-Englewood School.

They work with Nick Grandy - Co-Founder & Head of Product, Tom Stahl - Head of Operations, and Bethany Foote - Head of Infrastructure Engineering. Justin Dent reports to Amir Nathoo, Co-Founder & CEO.
