Lisa Alvarado

Lisa Alvarado is an experienced editor, curriculum developer, and writer with a diverse background in literature and education. Currently serving as an Editor at CDK Global since March 2022, Alvarado focuses on B2B copy and proofreading for a leading technology provider in the automotive industry. Since May 2018, Alvarado has contributed as a Curriculum Developer and Instructor at Outschool, developing curricula across various subjects. Additionally, Alvarado's literary contributions include roles as a reviewer and contributor for La Bloga, as well as a contributing writer for several publications including First American Art Magazine and La Onda Negra Press, which was founded by Alvarado to promote the work of women writers of color. Alvarado's academic credentials include an MFA in Interdisciplinary Art from Goddard College and a B.A. in Writing from Vermont College.
