Dennis Nitka

Dennis has over 25 years of experience trading across assets and strategies for both the buy and sell sides focused on SMID cap, cap and merger arbitrage, special situations and fundamental strategies. His experience encompasses all parts of the capital structure and derivative products. He has spent time with everything from small funds to major broker dealers.

Dennis began his career on the floor of the NYSE and worked his way up, most recently running trading for a multibillion dollar multi-strategy hedge fund. He holds a series 7 and 63 license. He received a BA in political science from Loyola University.
