Charles Goodman

Charles Goodman is an experienced professional with a strong background in product support, training, and field service within the medical equipment industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Product Support at Outset Medical, Inc., since September 2016, Charles has managed service data analysis, developed dashboards, acted as a liaison between field service and engineering teams, and generated account analyses for sales and clinical teams. Previous roles at Outset Medical include Field Service Training Manager and Regional Field Service Manager, where responsibilities encompassed training field engineers and maintaining dialysis equipment.
