Hector Vidal

Hector Vidal has a range of work experience spanning from 1995 to the present. Hector has held various roles at multiple companies including Outset Medical, Inc., Abbott Medical Optics, OptiMedica, Iridex, and Spectra-Physics. Hector started their career as an Engineering Technician at Spectra-Physics and eventually became an Electrical Engineer. Hector then moved on to Iridex, where they served as a Manufacturing Engineer and later as a Production Manager. Hector then worked as a Sr. Electrical Manufacturing Engineer at OptiMedica and as a Manufacturing Manager at Abbott Medical Optics. Currently, they hold a senior leadership position at Outset Medical, Inc., where they have served as Sr. Manager, Sr. Director, and Plant Manager, overseeing manufacturing and engineering operations.

Hector Vidal attended ISPJAM and San Jose State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
