Chandana Rao

Chandana Rao is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, intellectual property, and compliance. Currently serving as a Partner at Outside GC LLC since April 2018, Chandana combines legal expertise with business acumen to deliver efficient legal services. Previously, as General Counsel at HEXANIKA, Chandana provided strategic advice on corporate initiatives and risk management. Chandana also founded The Narrative Group LLC, offering strategic operations and brand development for clients in various sectors. Earlier experience includes roles at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Clifford Chance, focusing on commercial transactions and intellectual property law, respectively. Chandana holds a JD from Rutgers Law School, as well as an MS in Cell and Developmental Biology and a BA in Biology and Spanish from Rutgers University.
