Rebecca Thomas

A dynamic and dedicated finance professional, Rebecca brings over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting at several levels within an organization. In her role as Manager of Accounting, she handles the full range of accounting functions for the firm, including financial reporting.

Prior to joining Outside GC, Rebecca held a Senior Accounting position for a prestigious family office in Scottsdale, Arizona, managing the accounting functions for over 40 entities, along with cash management, reporting, financial review, and team building. Prior to that, she worked for MiniCo Insurance Agency for almost 15 years, working her way up from AP Staff Accountant to Controller. She has a passion for the service industry and is excited to be part of Outside GC.

Rebecca earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and MBA in Management from Western International University. Her next career education goal is to pursue her CMA certification.

Born in Georgia, she now lives in Arizona, the 8th state in which she’s lived throughout her life. Outside of work, Rebecca is passionate about travel (especially to beach destinations), spending time with family and friends, and cheering on her favorite sports teams, the Denver Broncos and San Diego Padres. Rebecca’s secret talent is singing. She sang opera in high school and college and has even performed the National Anthem at local sporting events.
