Courtney Sound, LCSW, CADC I, is a seasoned professional in the field of behavioral health, currently serving as the Behavioral Health Program Manager at Outside In since December 2012. Courtney's extensive experience includes roles as a Behavioral Health Counselor, Case Manager, Housing Specialist, and Peer Mentor within the same organization. Prior to this, Courtney contributed as an MSW Intern at Call to Safety from July 2016 to June 2017 and as a BSW Intern at Impact NW from September 2015 to June 2016. Courtney earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on Practice and Leadership in Communities and Organizations from Portland State University in 2017, following a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the same institution in 2016.
