Rachel Jackson

Rachel J. is a Family Medicine Physician with extensive experience in primary care, particularly serving low-income populations primarily covered by Medicaid and Medicare. Currently employed at Outside In since February 2022, Rachel manages a diverse range of acute and chronic illnesses, including medication management for opioid use disorder and gender-affirming care. Prior experience includes serving as a Family Medicine Physician at Multnomah County from August 2020 to January 2022, where Rachel managed a panel of over 1,100 patients and handled complex health issues, mental health, and substance use disorders, particularly within a significant Spanish-speaking community. Previously, Rachel completed a residency at Providence Milwaukie Hospital from June 2017 to June 2020, managing a patient panel in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
