Robert Sawyer

Robert (Robs) Sawyer is a seasoned creative professional currently serving as the Creative Director of Experiential Marketing at Outside since March 2021, where efforts have included the Warren Miller Film Tour and The Outside Festival. Previously, Robert held roles as a Creative Director overseeing brand management for multiple publications such as Outside Magazine and Backpacker, and served as Sr. Art Director at TEN Media for Powder Magazine and Bike Magazine. Additional experience includes consulting design for Leviathan and teaching at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Robert's academic background comprises a Master of Fine Arts in Printmedia and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, supplemented by a design certificate in Trend Forecasting and Industrial Design.
