Michael Fass

Michael Fass has a long and varied career in the business world. Michael began their career in 1996 as an Associate at Lev & Berlin. Michael then moved to e-Media in 2000, where they were an Associate Counsel. In 2002, they took a role as Senior Counsel at Micro Warehouse. In 2005, they became a Franchise Owner at DirectBuy. In 2010, they became General Counsel, North America at Toluna. Finally, in 2013, they joined Datto, Inc. as an Advisor and Chief People Officer and General Counsel. During their time at Datto, they oversaw the company's Initial Public Offering in October 2020, negotiated and closed three international acquisitions, and ran global HR for a highly engaged, high growth, $4-5 billion cloud software and cybersecurity business. In December 2017, they became a Partner at Outsiders Fund.

Michael Fass received their Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1996, and their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont in 1993.
