Position Overview :

Objective : To drive lead generation through a digital marketing holistic approach. We're looking for an experienced team member who can bridge technology and marketing to drive our growth. You will build engaging marketing campaigns, for all our solutions, using the best combination of tools and methods across all digital marketing channels. Want to have a significant impact? What will be your responsibilities? 

Plan & execute the growth revenue marketing plan in collaboration with the company founders. Setup and execute a comprehensive online leadgen strategy. You’ll be accountable for the generated qualified leads. Adopt a data-driven approach and measure the success of all marketing activity, and constantly strive to improve results. Oversee B2B database management, including segmentation, analytics, and automation. You will also contribute to the improvement of lead scoring and qualification workflows. Design and work closely with Management, Sales, Product and Engineering teams to ensure the best alignment and relevancy of your campaigns.

What are the requirements for the role? 

Engineering background or proven analytical experience and mindset in marketing for tech solutions. Ability to connect technical details with overarching business goals. Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role in B2B marketing, with comprehensive experience in lead generation and nurturing (Inbound funnels, Email, SEO, Paid, Automated Outreach) and Account-Based Marketing, using the most recent tools. Deep Knowledge of Hubspot or other marketing automation platform required. Experience with Webflow and Lemlist (or similar) are a plus. In addition, you would have to present the following qualities and mindset: Excellent communication skills, both in French and English. Data-driven, clear and straight to the point Organized and structured Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving company Strong desire to keep learning and stay on top of your craft
