Bertrand Muquet has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies in the technology industry. Bertrand most recently worked at Outsight as the VP of Software, starting in June 2022. Before that, they held the position of Director of Software and Algorithms at Outsight from March 2019 to May 2022. Prior to joining Outsight, Muquet worked at Sequans Communications, where they served as the Chief Architect from January 2017 to March 2019. Bertrand also worked as a Senior Technical Project Manager from September 2011 to December 2016, Manager of the DSP team from September 2008 to August 2011, and Senior DSP Engineer from October 2004 to September 2008. Before their time at Sequans Communications, Muquet worked at Texas Instruments as a System Engineer from November 2003 to October 2004. Bertrand also gained experience at Stepmind as a DSP Engineer from January 2002 to October 2003, and at Motorola Labs as a Research Engineer from April 1998 to August 2001.
Bertrand Muquet has an extensive education history. Bertrand obtained a PhD in Digital Communications from Télécom Paris between 1998 and 2001. In 1993, they pursued a MsC / Ingenieur Diploma at CentraleSupélec, which they completed in 1996. The following year, from 1997 to 1998, Muquet attended École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, where they obtained an Aggrégation de Physique Appliquée. In 2018 to 2019, they further expanded their knowledge by completing a program in Data Science and Machine Learning at École Polytechnique.
