Niclas Thelander is the Founder and CMO of Outsized, a talent-on-demand platform that connects independent talent with consulting clients in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. They previously founded and served as CEO of Outsized from 2015 to 2021 and co-founded Mercury Trade Credit, focusing on innovation in trade credit insurance from 2014 to 2015.
