Bernard Tembo, PhD is an experienced professional who has worked in various organizations focusing on data science, climate change, environment, energy, mining, economics, modeling, and policy analysis. Currently working as an Associate at Outsmart Insight and a Co-Founder at Tec Analytics. Bernard is also actively involved as a Member of an Expert Group at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa and UNDP. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and Sustainable Energy Engineering, Bernard completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Energy Systems and Economics from UCL.
