Victoria Hoare

Victoria Hoare is a dedicated academic professional currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Imperial College London since October 2019, where responsibilities include assisting in population modelling workshops, leading assessed discussions, and developing a QGIS skills course. With a background in climate science and policy, Victoria has held various roles including a Research Intern focused on carbon budgeting, an Outreach STEM Leader engaging students in science and engineering from ages 6-18, and a Tutor for under-represented pupils through The Brilliant Club. Victoria's research experience includes positions as a Scientific Researcher at WWF-UK and a Research Assistant with the 2050 EU Calculator team. Educated at esteemed institutions, Victoria holds a PhD in Climate Science and Policy from Imperial College London, a Master’s in Environmental Biology from Swansea University, and a Bachelor’s in Conservation Biology from the University of Exeter.
