Alanna Lee

Alanna Lee, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and compliance consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at OutSolve since August 2021, Alanna specializes in educating federal contractors on EEO and Affirmative Action obligations, alongside preparing necessary audit submissions and filings. Prior to this role, Alanna founded HR Partners NOLA LLC, providing HR support to Louisiana businesses, and served as Human Resources Director at AccuTrans Inc., where significant cost reductions and operational efficiencies were achieved. Alanna began the HR career at Albemarle Corporation and also worked as a Human Resource Consultant at OutSolve. Alanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Louisiana State University.
