Arnel Castroverde is a Learning and Development Leader with over 21 years of experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Learning Officer at Outsource Access, they previously held the position of Learning Experience Director at TaskUs, where they developed training strategies aligned with organizational goals. Arnel has also worked as a Learning Business Partner at PayPal, enhancing training effectiveness across multiple sites, and has led significant initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention. They hold an Advanced Diploma in Personal Leadership and Executive Coaching and a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ateneo de Naga University.
