Irene Acoymo

Irene Acoymo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and team management. Currently serving as a Team Manager at vCustomer Tech Mahindra since May 2021, Irene previously held the position of Training Facilitator at 24-7 Intouch from February 2020 to May 2021. Prior roles include Business Process Trainer at Outbounders.com from August 2016 to January 2020 and Corporate Trainer at AZPIRED from September 2014 to July 2016, where responsibilities included providing training to newly hired customer service representatives and ensuring satisfaction during live support calls. Irene also worked as a Publishing Services Associate at Author Solutions, LLC from February 2013 to February 2014, coordinating with authors on book layouts, and served as Teaching Faculty at STI in 2012.
