Nicole McElrath

Nicole McElrath is an experienced professional with a diverse background in proposal assistance and operations coordination. Currently serving as an Assistant Proposal Specialist and Administrative Assistant at Outsource Consultants, Inc., a certified MBE since July 2018, Nicole has also held the position of Operations Coordinator at MeiraT from February 2013 to March 2018. In addition, Nicole gained experience as a Transcriber for CBS Sports during the 2016 NCAA Press Conference and worked as a Youth Community Coordinator at NJPIRG from September 2011 to January 2012. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Policy, Institutions and Behavior from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, which was completed between 2010 and 2012.
