Sandra O'Neal Floyd

Sandra O'Neal Floyd has a diverse work experience. Sandra founded OUTSOURCE Consulting Services, Inc. in 1994 and served as the President/CEO. Sandra then joined the California Chamber of Commerce in 2010 as a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2016, they became a Member of IWF Northern California.
